  The particle size distribution of the incoming material of the chamber filter press causes negative nozzle or air friction resistance in the filter material. A very good method is to maintain the filter material surface water level of 1.5m, which is beneficial to improving the actual effect of the filter press, but the feed concentration value is not suitable for being too high. Reduce the accumulation time of bubbles in filter raw materials. The water and air flushing pipes are corroded, and the air pipes are blocked. Anti corrosion measures must be taken for the water and gas backwashing pipeline in the filtering room of the box type filter press. When air flushing is selected, the support point layer will vibrate rapidly at the air outlet, and even small river pebbles and filter materials will enter the ventilation duct, causing the ventilation duct to be blocked. The solution is:

  1. The diameter of the pebbles at the air branch pipe of the box filter press shall not be too small to prevent harmful filtration.

  2. Ziyawu is used to replace river pebbles in the rolling bearing layer of pipe orifice to reduce losses.

  3. Select thick thin thick support layer, namely bottom pressing support layer;

  4. Fix the stationary rolling bearing layer with stainless steel screen to ensure the normal operation of the chamber filter press during the whole operation process.

  5. Place the backwash air pipe under the backwash water seepage pipe.
